I visited Eastbay.com via Bing Cashback and got the normal popup with my user ID and the message indicating that I would be taken to eastbay.com shortly. I knew that I would get 50% back and it stated it in the pop up. I made my purchase without a hitch. I did try to use an additional coupon code and it indicated that it could not be combined with the Bing Cashback program so the transaction was recognized as a Bing purchase. The next day I tried to log into my bing cashback account to confirm that the purchase was there and I was greeted with a message that my account was closed. Why is that? I recieved cashback through a purchase just a few months ago. I need to make addiotional purchases ASAP via bing but I cannot. What is going on? I sent an email through the link that was provided in the message and I recieved the following response:

I am hoping to make a big purchase through Bing at diapers.com tomorrow. I need help. Should I just open a new account? I also do not want to lose out on the $50 cashback that is due to me via the Eastbay purchase. Thanks for any help.
Dude,I have the same problem, I have been working with Bing.com until today with no problem. I have received my cashback perfectly but I just made a purchase trough Eastbay (using 50% cashback) and I spent US$360 in Nike 6.0 clothes (which I really like). I received an email from Bing notifying me I have earned cashback (like US$160.xx). Everything was perfect but today I wanted to open my cashback account and it says: We have closed your cashback account.I did not receive any notice, no warn, nothing, just that. I really need to use my cashback account, I do not know what to do now but I believe I will receive same response...This is really frustrating because I purchased things just because I would receive cashback in 60 days but now I will pay regular price of everything? I will have to return my items...
Do not try to create another new account. You will lose your cashback again
even you have finished the deal from store. They have right to close your
account since your original personal has been recorded in their database.You
are no longer eligible to participate Bing program as long as you got a
notification about closing your account from Bing.
