How can I "REMOVE" a site?
Hi,
please review our blog post: http://www.bing.com/community/blogs/webmaster/archive/2009/06/08/how-to-remove-urls-from-our-index-expanded-edition.aspx
which will guide you through the removal process.
Thanks,

*I no longer work for Bing.
I don't think it is easy to remove a site, because it is not only removed from database, but also remove from the cache files.
even after adding the
User-Agent: * DISALLOW: /
Bing STILL do not remove the entire site. Basically, BING disrepect the robots.txt. For example, if after I added the lines to my robots.txt, Google have the entire domain removed within 3 days. But ALL my pages are still in Bing after 3 MONTHS!!! This is not good ...
I have a question: Why do you want to remove site form search engine? If you will ever try to get it back it will never be the same worth as it was before.

Remove sitemap from Bing or alternatively, leave sitemap file intact, and remove all files within the sitemap. It may take some time, but they will be removed eventually.
or
create a bing webmaster first account and you can specify or remove indexed website from that account
