I added Bing to my website on 11/3/12 (~2mo ago) and it has crawled a few thousand pages and I can see it on the site regularly.  On my dashboard I can see I only have 2 crawl errors, but zero pages indexed.

I'm totally new to this stuff, so please excuse anything that may be obvious.

I noticed that whenever I search for my site via Yahoo, it never comes up.  I've even gone as far as limiting the search to only "www.gmc4x4.com" and it does not list my site as possible options on the search page.  Going into my Webmaster tools and it states my site has shown up in "0" searches.  Whenever I search through Google, I can find my site w/o issue.

I'm not sure if this is directly related, but this morning I submitted my sitemap.

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?  Also, if there is information on the topic I can read to optimize my website's experience with Bing, I would be very interested.
