Like the title says. I'm not getting any points for searching for 2 days now. The deal of the day still works. I can get a point for clicking on it, but actuall searches do nothing.

I do not know where else to send an email to help me with my issue. I had access and plenty of bing rewards points. now when I log in I have to try and sign back up. Have I lost all my points and am I screwed. Help please or send me in the right direction. Thank You

Can't redeem points - Bing Rewards

I'm a Gold Member trying to redeem the Amazon $5 gift card. My account is still earning points and works fine until I go to redeem. I click redeem and I keep being redirected to the "The Bing Bar is already earning!" page. I tried refreshing the page multiple times and that didn't work. I tried signing out and back in and that didn't work either. Obviously, this is a major issue with bing since I've seen many posts with the same exact issue. Pretty strange that all the posts that I have read has never had any feedback from bing. I love bing and want to continue being a reward member, but with service like this, I'm considering abandoning my account. I can't even contact customer service. I get the same "The Bing Bar is already earning!" page. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Update: So glad the forum has a link to customer service. I contacted customer service under the bing bar option so hopefully I got a response soon.

I have an account but last week it stopped working. I get this message

We could not find a Bing Rewards account associated with that email account.

I cant even email customer support as it is down too. It is bad that I lost all of my points but when I gave up and just decided to start over it gave me the message below.

If I click on customer support i get error message 500. has anyone else had their account just disappear? Does anyone know of a phone number I can call? Thank you!

What is the deal with all the CAPTCHAs? This afternoon I got one on my Mac and then one on the iPhone and then another on an iPad. All within about an hour or so. I don't do a lot of searching so I was quite surprised to see the first one and let alone three. I just switched to Bing because of your campaign touting your security vs Google but this behavior is bull.

Bing reward account/points gone?

I tried to put orders in last night for Xbox Live points to use (there's a particular item I'm trying to purchase on the marketplace). My orders got canceled after about 10 minutes. I thought this was strange so I went and re-ordered the points. Today I go an log into my Bing Rewards account and it looks like I no longer have a Bing Rewards account. It says I can join Bing Rewards. It's as if I never had an account but I've been a member for over 2 years now (I went back and checked old emails to verify this). I'm wondering if it's possible to get some help recovering my account or if there's anything I can do to help?

Hi my name is Kevin and recently I purchased 3 gift cards. Two came in and the other one said it was cancelled. I went to my account to see if I got a refund but instead I got a message saying that my email was not found linked to any rewards account. I am really worried and have tried to contact bing customer support. However, I get a 500 internal error message saying that this page cannot be displayed. Any help would be appreciated and any info on what has happened to my account.

I attempted to place an order for 100 MS points and had my order cancelled, my Bing rewards account disassociated with my Microsoft account and have lost my Gold status. My attempts to contact Customer service is met with a error. What else can I do?

hi, i am trying to redeem 100 Microsoft points today and when i look in my order history it kept on Canceling my order, is this some type of bug that is going on, since this the first time i ever had this problem and it kept happening each time i kept on redeeming and it really getting me sick and tired of seeing it keep canceling on it own.... so does anyone know this problem, because i been saving my own Microsoft points to get a demand game that just 20$ and all i get is a cancel on my order each time, so please tell me what going on... is it there server issue on redeeming the 100 Microsoft points or something? also i get my points back.

Edit: i did contact the customer services and they didn't do anything so that why i am asking.

Edit #2: okay, here what i got from the email just now.... "We're sorry to let you know that due to an issue with your recent bing rewards order it has been cancelled" what does this even mean ? is there a bug in the server or something that rejecting the order?

Errors in Bing Rewards

There is an error when someone attempts to order Bing Rewards. I am currently trying to order a 100 MSP, and I have more than the needed about of points in my account. When I go to order and click Redeem, it brings me to a page to enter my information. So I enter my address, city, state, zip, and phone. All info is correct and checked. When I press "Save," it reloads the page and gives me these errors:

Address1 is required.
City is required. Zip Code is required.
Phone Prefix is required. Phone Number is required.

It acts as though I submitted a blank forum. Why is this happening, and please try it for yourselves to see what's going on. ALSO, when I click on FAQ button at the right side, and then I click the button to contact the support team, it brings me to a 500 Internal server error webpage.

Please fix this! Thank you very much!

I recently began using Bing as my search engine, and I noticed something odd. Less than ten seconds after I bring the Bing page up, nothing works other than the search box - I run my cursor over them, click, and nothing. Double-click - nothing. The only way I can get them to work is if I click on them within ten seconds of booting the Bing page up.

I'm running the latest version of Firefox, if that means anything.

Why can't Bing properly index the Houston Chronicle site?

I generally like using Bing, from the nice daily picture, the rewards, among other things. I usually get the results I want.

However, Bing seems to have a terrible time indexing the primary newspaper of the United States' 4th largest city: Houston.

I usually have a paper version of the Houston Chronicle, and for really good articles that I want to clip into OneNote, I often look up the article based on the contents in the paper version.

Bing gets it right maybe 55% of the time, from my estimate. Google, for the times I tried using it after Bing doesn't get it (I don't do it every time) usually gets it a 100% right.

For an example, I look up "chron texas don't vote don't complain mantra peggy fikac" on both Bing and Google. Notice how Bing has just links with some bits and pieces of that, but Google has it spot on, and the 2nd result at least relates to it.

For one other example, I look up "chron former savoy hotel houston landmark downtown eyesore" on both Bing and Google. Bing has mostly outdated articles from 2009 when the Savoy Houston hotel was supposed to be demolished, but Google has the right link(s) about the Savoy Houston getting a remodel to be a Holiday Inn from this week.

This is honestly frustrating. Why is this? How come it's so hard for Bing to get access to the right articles?

Is it because a lot of the articles I'm trying to find are located behind a paywall? Does Google have special access that Bing isn't able to? I think Bing might only have access to a "free" snippet that the newspaper puts out so the articles have some front facing identity to the general web, while Google must have worked something out. Or Bing just isn't indexing it well at all.

Can anyone from the Bing team comment on this? I've placed at least a dozen bits of feedback on the Bing results page when I got frustrated, and still have yet to see improvement.

Facebook on Bing Bar

I posted a message about Facebook in the Windows Community Forum. The problem I have is with the Facebook app on Bing Bar, I get a list of search option on Bing instead of going to the Facebook website. I did several troubleshooting options. I tried restoring defaults on Bing Bar. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling Bing Bar. I even tried deleting my browser history and nothing worked. Suggestions?
