A year ago, we launched Bing Rewards Preview as a way to help you get the most out of your Bing experience.

With Bing Rewards Preview, you have the opportunity to earn credits redeemable for great rewards just by taking advantage of offers while searching, discovering, and exploring Bing.

Over the past year, Bing Rewards Members have been among the first to hear about new Bing features while earning credits for rewards like gift cards for Starbucks and Amazon, Microsoft Points for Xbox Live and more.

Since launch, over 1 million of you have signed up and redeemed almost 500 million credits toward great rewards including charitable donations, movie tickets, Microsoft Points and sweepstakes entries for vacation packages and entertainment systems.

In the past year, we’ve received thousands of emails and suggestions about how we could improve the program. We hear you loud and clear and over the past year introduced improvements to make the experience better:

  • Web access for Bing Rewards: In April, we made it possible to participate in Bing Rewards directly from your browser – without needing a toolbar installed. Furthermore, you can now sign in to Bing from whatever computer you’re using and continue to earn credits towards great rewards.

  • Based on member feedback, we have added a host of new rewards on the redemption center including a $5 gift card to Donorschoose.org, 100 Microsoft points, Hulu subscriptions, and the opportunity to enter various sweepstakes such as a trip of a lifetime and an entertainment system package.
  • Daily Bing Reward Offers: Starting in September we began giving you daily opportunities to earn credits while searching and exploring with Bing. Each day you can check your Rewards counter for a daily offer that helps you get the most out of your Bing experience by showing you new features, content and opportunities to get involved in our Bing communities. Plus, earn credits for checking out each offer!
