Last week we ran the second in our Webmaster Tools Educational Webinar Series. That webinar covered Crawling Basics. Here’s the video from the session.
In that webinar we covered a variety of topics, such as:
We spoke about how each element fits into your work plan, explored tools that can help with indexation and reviewed areas to be careful around. Grab some popcorn and sit for a spell to review Crawling Basics with us.
And don’t forget to register for the upcoming webinars in January and February:
January 10th – Bing Webmaster Tools Overview
January 24th – Authority Building
February 7th – The Overlap of Social and Search
February 21st – Tomorrow’s SEO
If you’re looking for the first video in the series, for SEO 101, it can be seen here.
I was upset I could not participate on my phone (Note 2), tablet (Nexus 10), wife's phone (Nokia 822), or wife's tablet (Surface)... I would've expected a level of compatibility, especially on the Surface!
So thank you for posting the video afterwards though!!
Really informative webinar. Now we know the signals which are important to rank well in Bing. I am also clear with the reasons why Bing used to de-index some of the website.
But I am still confused with one question. You told in the webinar to verify websites in Bing webmaster tool. What if we don't own that website and want to get some page indexed in Bing. For instance an article published on some article website.
Will be there more webinars/screencasts etc with basics about SEO?
Great sharing on seo. But what is down-level experiences?
