Hello,

it seems the Bing Webmaster Center has problems with URLs in unicode, e.g. with German ur Russian letters.

1. In the index explorer, the URLs are messed up, see attached picture

2. Excluding pages in robots.txt does not work - the URLs are percentage encoded there, see http://www.richard-fath.de/robots.txt

3. Blocking the pages mentioned with item 2. in Webmaster Cebnter does not help

Does anybody else have similar problems?

And if so, will this be fixed some day?

I want to prevent my guestbook from being listed in search engines, and with Google it works well - they recognize and respect my entries in robots.txt
