UFC Information Instantly

August 07, 2009, 08:24 AM by Bing | 7 Comments

We are continually trying to expand our instant answer results, and sports is one of the areas where we keep growing. A few months ago we posted on the Kentucky Derby and MLB instant answers, and this week we are kicking it up a notch with the new UFC instant answer.

This new answer brings you up-to-date and relevant information about UFC athletes right on top of the results pages. Simply type in your favorite UFC fighter name, and you will see a picture, bio information, and record.

Check out Andrei “The Pitbull” Ariovski stats. Yikes!

With the UFC 101: Declaration event this weekend, we thought simplifying your search results around UFC fighters might come in handy. And let’s face it, we just wanted to be sure to have great answers for these UFC guys, because we don’t want to be on their bad side!

As always, we welcome your feedback and are interested in your suggestions for new instant answers.

Nice improvement! Bing keeps breaking new barriers, and dictates how we view search these days.

Both Arlovski and Renato Sobral show up and are not UFC fighters. Also, the top MMA fighter in the world, Fedor Emilianenko doesnt show up. A distinction should be made between UFC and all of MMA as you clearly have fighters that are outside of the UFC. And as mentioned, you missed out on the top fighter in the world. Shame... :)
