and on VoirSite.php, I added a script to trace visitor(log in file), and who I see?

Why?
I have noticed in several other posts that Bing is crawling pages despite the robots.txt file telling them not to. You might want to contact Bing Customer Service, which you can do via:
https://support.discoverbing.com/eform.aspx?productKey=bing&ct=eformts
