Hello from Colorado Breckenridge. I am real estate for all Summit County. I have no idea how this plan is going to work and should I stop paying my Colorado real estate mortgage and ask for forgiveness? of course not i am a mature, restrained adult who lives within his means so i guess i am just a$$ed out!! he's not giving this Summit County real estate taxpayer any break. My real estate mortgage is manageable. Obama wants to raise tax rate on capital gains and dividends. That’s right, lets jack grandma and grandpa on their dividend income. and ration their health care. If Obama is going to give %4 percent Breckenridge real estate mortgages to those in foreclosures and to those who don't pay their bills then here is my message. i will also stop paying my mortgage and bills! Unless of course you include us in it too!
