Duane Forrester runs the public outreach side of the Webmaster program for Bing.
He is a Senior Product Manager with Bing’s Webmaster Program. Previously, he was an inhouse SEM running the SEO program for MSN in the US & Americas. He's also the founding co-chair of SEMPO's In-House SEM Committee, was formerly on the Board of Directors for SEMPO and is the author of two books: How To Make Money With Your Blog & Turn Clicks Into Customers.

Duane was also a contributing columnist for Search Engine Land, where his main focus was on in-house search marketing, both what it took to manage it, and who folks were in the industry.
Duane has been working as an SEO for over a decade and has offered assistance to many large companies such as General Motors, GAP, Wal*Mart and more.
For Bing he manages the Webmaster blog and oversees the Webmaster forums, which means he has the magic delete button, so play nice folks. ;) You'll see Duane at most major shows around the US representing Bing and gathering feedback from webmasters on which tools we should bring forward next.
