Max Paulousky's Profile

My name is Max Paulousky and I am working as a .Net software developer and team lead at the FXOpen.com company. During the last 5 years I have been working at various companies but have been concentrated on software architecture, development process workflow and automation etc. Nowadays, my primary goal is adoption of Silverlight, WPF and Expression Blend for the current working process at FXOpen.com. My company uses them because they are cutting edge and move forward all the industry of software development. Engeneers at Microsoft have a lot of gems in their products and I like finding them and sharing my discoveries and solutions with the .Net community. I live in Minsk, Belarus with my wife Tatsiana and son Zakhar (4 years old). My first company I was working for was Minsk's branch of New Zealand company Intrahealth and after that I became a big fan of New Zealand. So, I would like to go and start working there. My hobbies are astronomy (see what a meteorite I have found) and photography. I like taking photos of people (my son first of all - he is so funny!), architecture, nature, urban life etc. So, I divide my spare time between the family, blogging and taking photos.
