Exercise, losing weight and keeping in good shape is what I like. I use pedometer in order to keep the record of how many steps I really take each day. I've been using omron hj-112 for this purpose. It's pretty accurate. Even though they say there are even more precise and more technical devices when it comes to counting steps and distance traveled, I like this hj112. I know I may be giving maybe too much attention to this omron gadget but it really made me move more, walk more and lead a more healthy life. We all want to stay healthy, don't we? Pedometer helps!
