I am also in my fifties, I was born one year before micheal. I have followed his life from 1970. I had all his albums and concerts transferred to my pc but forgot to make a copy on a dvd, One day my pc broke down and I couldt retrieve anything so now I only have memories. I'm hoping to slowly get everything I had before my pc packed it in.

Michael Jackson is a LEGEND. His music,style,dance and videos will be forever etched in our minds. He has influenced many of this generation artists around the world; you will be missed and I hope that you rest in peace.
Michael is at peace at last. I hope that he's with Jesus, singing in the heavenly choir. I'm personally feed up with the hate and negativity of the press. He has paid his debt to society. Give him the respect he well deserves. Anyone who has something negative to say should keep it to themselves, especially for the sake of his family and those who love him.

when i was a little girl (even though I'm only 16 now) my brother and i would put on socks, pop our michael jackson VHS's in the VCR and slide and spin around the living room pretending to be michael jackson. i grew up with his music, watching him on TV, and that must have been part of what made me want to be an entertainer. I've always wished i could dance and sing like him.
