I carry along a small (non Ipod) brand MP3 player loaded with soothing tunes and suitable excercise tunes. Also an
International cell phone--all othe techie stuff is left at home. After all there are inexpensive Internet Cafes located in cities all over the world. I don't want to spend my vacation checking and sending e-mails, searching the internet, etc.
