What does pagescore means?

@Edwin, as per my knowledge and my case, i have seen that the  page score with 5 green dots is given to that page of your site which have more backlinks and more popular.

So if PageScore is viewing indexability within the context of your site pages, is there any current or upcoming Bing tool that monitors indexing in the context of the entire web (similar to PageRank in Google)?

@ Brett - When you say how well we view a page do you mean how well it is constructed?

Either way why does this not affect rankings?

its strange because i get good pagesore on bing however google im at zero !

Every search engine has its way of ranking web pages. And the way I see it, Page Score is an indication of the ranking algorithm used by Bing. This algorithm is kept internally, unlike Google PageRank which is external and keeps the whole world obsessed.

My web pages that have backlinks from authority sites score better.

I was also wondering what is pagescoore.Is it the number of pages indexed ?

"Rough" is a very relative term.

I watch a professional site of a law firm, my private experimental personal-use only site, a one person local firm that is temporarily out of business and a site sollecting bowling results of a sub-amateur occasional bowlers - at least two of these might not be considered important for manknd in any way.

Yet I see 5 green blocks everywhere, i.e. both in "my" top five pages per site as well in all backlinks and all outbound links. Doesn't sound like any helpful feature to distinguish good from bad then ...

@Brett: Can you elaborate more on PageScore???
