Our site (www.speakwithsubstance) is found on other search engines and is found by Bing but without the www. so when anyone clicks on the entry they do not get our site. Are we doing something wrong?
What is the TLD? (is is .com, .net, .edu, .mobi?)
The .com TLD works for both the www and non-www version of the site. But to be sure that you do not have an indexing problem, use a 301 server side redirect to force the non-www version to the www version.
You must be doing something wrong. It supposed to take you to the same URL, when I tryed it's worked without WWW on my end. I suggest you ditch WWW when you submit your url.

No matter how Bing displays your site - with "www" or without, when you click on your URL in the search engine results, you should be sent to your site. However, in order to facilitate indexing and ranking of your site, I'd suggest you to set up a 301 redirect.

I have the same issue with www.rayschutte.com. the bing link takes the view to mobile.me which is where the site is hosted. All other search engines get you to the site. what gives.
See the following thread for instructions on how to implement a 301 redirect: http://www.bing.com/community/forums/t/652452.aspx
