STICKY: Webmaster tools down

Is there any more information available as to why the tools are down? Was this routine maintenance or did something break?

This has been "broken" since this weekend.  Is there an ETA?

I have not been able to use the tools for about 4 days now i think.

Is there any way we can get a bit of advance notice when you are going to be doing extended maintenance?

Not only that but all my pages except the home page have dropped out of the index... site: not found...

Major Bing crash today????

I'm not sure what's worse.  Bing crashing or the absence of any support responses...after 4 days.

i was not able to use it for about a week, anyone can tell when the maitenance is all right? that will be greatfull.

I sincere hope this thread will actually stick on the homepage and not be driven down by newer threads. Due to the negligence of providing sticky posts before, many members who don't like to use the search facility open new threads which are similar to numerous others in search of answers for their problems.

Still havn't had a reply from bwmc@microsoft.com after explaining the error of not being able to get on Bing Webmaster Tools.

Approx date that I will be able to get back onto Webmaster Tools?

Do you have an updated status? When is the tool expected available for use?

When I log into my tools and click on SITE LIST, says:

"We are experiencing an issue processing your request at this time.

The Webmaster Center Team has been notified of the error and will work to resolve it. Try again in a few minutes."

But I wait a few minutes and still nothing. Its been like this for about 5 days now.  Is this the problem you all are aware of and trying to fix?

Same behavior for me... wouldn't be able to connect to the service!?!? :-(
