We've launched API 2.0. The first major offering includes an expanded set of protocols with which you can access the API, as well as a new Developer portal for provisioning and managing your AppIDs. Check out the new portal at http://www.bing.com/developers to get started with the new API today.
While we won't be provisioning any new 1.1 AppIDs, you can still view your existing AppIDs here.
