Overall the staff was helpful and the room was clean and nice....MoreTripAdvisor.com8/3/2012 The room that I had faced the bay and was kept very clean with several towels etc....MoreTripAdvisor.com7/31/2012 this was the last hotel we stayed in after a wonderful San Francisco-San Diego round trip and what a disappointment.Check in was very prompt and friendly the reception area was pleasant enough.Then you go through the doors to the elevator and the first thing to hit you was the smell in the corridor,It was disgusting.Arrived at the room, you could see at first glance the place was dirty.The windows were filthy , the sheets although possible clean were not ironed and old.The bathroom sink and shower were dirty.After a very poor nights sleep because we did not feel comfortable in the sheets we left 3 hours early for the airport without showering.I know this is a budget hotel but cleanliness is not that costly....MoreTripAdvisor.com7/24/2012
