Description
was designed with an emphasis on clarity and tranquility. Baume restaurant was built with a focus on Quality, Honesty, and a Respect for Nature. These philosophies carry from the attitude of the staff to the food itself. Our menu is built with a consideration for digestion and moderation influenced by macrobiotic cooking. With this in mind, we've prepared a small focused wine list to accent the food without overwhelming it. It is French Cuisine Moderne with a Zen Touch.

There's only one menu really, the tasting menu. It's nine courses (and then some), and they list the ingredients for the day in the menu, so parties can accommodate … Read full review
- 1/20/2013We have eaten at some amazing and expensive restaurants so the price wouldn't have bothered us so much if the food was memorable and divine, but that wasn't the case. We had maybe two courses that were good, a few courses that were okay, mostly mediocre and then there was the suckling pig which … Read full review
