Description

BAUME restaurant was created with the premise of combining the modern with the ancient. The name Baume was chosen because it represents something which is scientifically classic but gastronomically modern. It fits Chef Bruno Chemel's concept by being something originally French but which is now used universally. The dining room Morewas designed with an emphasis on clarity and tranquility. Baume restaurant was built with a focus on Quality, Honesty, and a Respect for Nature. These philosophies carry from the attitude of the staff to the food itself. Our menu is built with a consideration for digestion and moderation influenced by macrobiotic cooking. With this in mind, we've prepared a small focused wine list to accent the food without overwhelming it. It is French Cuisine Moderne with a Zen Touch.

I grabbed one and the women warned me I would come back for more before I hit the exit (she was absolutely right).I came here for a celebration dinner. A very romantic and private setting. • Rating: 3.0 out of 5"by Sasha G. at Yelp User Review3/19/2014It was good but it wasn't incredible and for how much you pay it should be incredible. The service was amazing though. Great atmosphere. Went once and don't feel like I need to go back. More
  • Rating: 4.0 out of 5"by Carrie T. at Yelp User Review3/9/2014This place provides a very elegant and personal experience. Loved their perfectly cooked tenderloin, 60 degree eggs with truffles and polenta, halibut with hazelnut curry, beetswith cavalier, strawberry shortcake, and liquid nitrogen ice cream. The food overall was very interesting and one of a kind. Service was great. Every course was impressive. More
