Welcome to San Mateo Prime! Our staff at San Mateo Prime passionately delivers a prime choice of beef to their customers since late 2007. Our main feature is dry aged prime rib, where each rack of succulent prime rib is cooked with rock salt and slowly roasted to perfection. It Moreis then cut on our trolly and served au jus.
