- 6/28/2012Great experience. Helpful staff scheduled my appointment. Werner Cuessi came to clean my carpet. He was right on schedule, very professional, and very polite. He also did a GREAT job on my very messy and stained carpet. It felt like new! AND he went above and beyond the job and moved a piece of furniture so he could clean under it. Highly recommended!!! - 5/13/2012Other than a small difficulty w/ the appointment time, Werner did a great time cleaning our carpets. They're pretty old, light-colored, and prone to stains. He got almost everything out, and explained why some were more difficult. I especially like how their process doesn't soak the carpert so it dries in a couple hours. Read full review
