- 12/28/2012I came here a couple days after Christmas and it was packed with both people and stuff. They only had a few people working so all the clerks were running around crazy. The line was long. I guess if you're coming to Santana Row anyway, it's a good stop since it is a good store, I just wouldn't come just for this shop, I'd go to the LG location, it's a little slower paced. - 10/21/2012I went to this store for the first time, loved the attention and customer service we got. Staff were knowledgeable in what they carry. They even did a demo for me between 2-3 vitamix models to help me decide which one to get. Will recommend this store to friends for sure! Read full review
