With a unique and enticing Japanese atmosphere, Amu offers the opportunity to explore 48 premier sakes from Japan. Located next to the Hotel Boulderado, Amu offers traditional Japanese delicacies using organic ingredients, including many you probably haven’t encountered before. Other menu items include spinach with sesame dressing, free-range duck shabu Moreshabu, minced shrimp pressed between slices of lotus root, Japanese-style risotto with real crabmeat, and braised black seaweed with carrot or deep-fried tofu.
