Located next to the Hotel Boulderado, Amu offers traditional Japanese delicacies using organic ingredients, including many you probably haven’t encountered before. Other menu items include spinach with sesame dressing, free-range duck shabu Moreshabu, minced shrimp pressed between slices of lotus root, Japanese-style risotto with real crabmeat, and braised black seaweed with carrot or deep-fried tofu.
