For more then 20 years Pasta Jay's has served exceptional Italian food in a fun family atmosphere in Boulder, Co and Moab, UT. it is a place you can go with your family or friends, a place to make new friends, Morea place to feel comfortable and a place to sit back and relax and let us do the work. In June of 1980 when Jay was 20 years old, he left Bay City Michigan to work for his aunt Kathy and uncle Sonny who owned "Sonny's Pizza" in San Clemente, CA. There Jay learned from the family recipes passed down to Sonny by his mother, "mama Genovese", whose grandmother was the cook for the first king of the United Countries in Italy. In 1988 Jay and his parents opened Pasta Jay's in Boulder. Generations later Pasta Jay's continues to use family recipes to create "food fit for a King!"
