Description
(rose) garden, Creekside introduced its own distinctive style of southern cuisine with special emphasis on plank cooking - baking fish, chicken and steak on a 1" thick oak plank which seals in the juices and imparts a subtle wood flavor to the meat. - 1/27/2013Reviewing based on an experience last month, and I will not take into account the fire alarm that went off unexpectedly during our meal (although there wasn't any issue) as I know it's not a "regular" occurrence (although it did score us a free desert!). I had suggested this to my parents in November … Read full review
- 11/2/2012Views of the marsh that are to die for, large mature trees on the outside deck that provide enough shade to make dinner enjoyable even in the summer, but the food is overpriced for what you get. - 7/10/2012The food and service here is mediocre on a good night but we love the atmosphere and the live music. It's not the servers fault though the place is busy and they have a small kitchen. Come early or late to avoid the rush and grab a table by the creek and enjoy. The Cheese Grit's are amazing but stay away from the butter beans they need to be given a proper burial at sea.
