I have been training in Soo Bahk Do for many years and when I heard there was a studio in Cambridge I had to visit. I have travelled much in my years training and have been to many studios all over the country. My nephew and daughter enjoyed the diverse training as well. It's considered a "hard-soft" style which means that it incorporates hard elements like you see in Tae Kwon Do and Karate and soft elements similar in some ways to Tai Chi.
