- 9/11/2012Our agent was pretty good. Nice guy. BUT...they do not tell you that the apartments rent must be over $800 in order to receive a free move. Less than $800 you'l get a $200/$100 move credit. Would have been nice to know that from the beginning. But like I said..the agent was good and we got $100 out of it. So I'm not complaining.
