I took my car here because I needed my front brakes replaced. They did exactly as they promised at the cost they originally quoted me at. I'm used to going to places and then charging me more because something "had to be replaced". Erik the shop owner seems to be a pretty trustworthy guy. Not once tell he try to sell me into replacing stuff that does need to be replaced. He did pointed out a few things that would need to be fixed later on, but assured me it was not necessary at this point in time. I really do like the honesty and low pressure environment at this shop. I do believe I'll be coming back to IPM Auto Service in the future.
