John Howie Steak House Restaurant & Bar, located in downtown Bellevue, is bringing the best in fine dining. Located at The Shops at the Bravern, next to Jimmy Choo and Neiman Marcus. A classic steakhouse: 4-tiered steak program serving 28 and 42 day custom-aged USDA Prime steak from Omaha, Nebraska. MoreAmerican Wagyu “Kobe style” beef from Snake River Farms. Japanese “A5” 100% Waygu beef from Kagashima Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan. Other menu highlights include fresh seasonal fish, seafood and chops. Howie has chosen to use mesquite coal and apple wood grills to bring out the best flavors. With the exception of prime steak entrees, all lunch entrée’s will be priced under $20.
