Description
explanation we've heard is that the amalgamated of the spices in garam masala increases body temperature, a pleasant warm glow you might feel after eating a dish savored with it. It does however usually include some black pepper and cinnamon or cassia which carry some heat. Almost all Indian and restaurants offer "Americanized Indian and Pakistani food" in "ethnic Indian ambience" at exorbitant prices. The concept behind Garam Masala restaurant is to offer home style cooking taste in affordable price.

On top of that … Read full review
- 11/15/2012I occasionally go there for the lunch buffet. They are one of the better Indian buffets among the dozen or so places I have tried in Seattle. However, that is not saying much as the desi food scene in Seattle is nothing compared to the offerings in the SF Bay area. Food here is generally OK but a little too … Read full review
- 10/11/2012Their kebab selection is pretty decent (Dinner). Indian restaurants/buffets are almost a dime a dozen but this place definitely does serve up something different for their dinner. I like how you can order a la carte. Read full review
