ART Restaurant and Lounge Inspired by the Hotel's collection of works by the Northwest's foremost contemporary artists, its proximity to Seattle Art Museum and our chef's creative flair, ART Restaurant and Lounge celebrates authentic Pacific Northwest cuisine with unique global influences. With a setting as thoughtfully designed as a Morework of art, the restaurant's interior is a highly detailed sculpture featuring woods native to the Pacific Northwest. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Acclaimed local chef Kerry Sear returns to Four Seasons with his best-source approach, which incorporates fresh, locally produced ingredients into menus designed for a signature dining experience. Sear works with local organic growers, foragers and independent specialists to introduce an unexpected twist to Northwest fare.

I love to watch the sunset over the sound from their large windows while munching on the food from the cheese bar ($14 at happy hour) and sipping one of the fantastic martinis from their list of house favorites.
