I was there for around 2.5 hours. I pretty much saw everything, but I had time to sometimes really look at some pieces and think about what I was seeing. I can't speak of the cafe. It was closed because of construction when I was there in July. I agree it isn't hard to walk over to the Butterfly Rain Forrest / Museum from the Hamm. Makes for a leisurely day that feeds the mind and soul.
