You pay ~$6 to enter this state park at the visitor center which has quite some exhibitions that I did not have time to see. I went in weekend. For both times, I talked to the same volunteer in the power house. It is not a tour. But he can tell good story. Just start with asking him to talk on the power house if you have not found any specific question to ask. I am not sure about weekdays.
