The company expects to report first quarter EPS of $0.02 to $0.07 and between $0.73 and $0.83 for the full year 2015. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.05 and $0.79.
Nutrisystem gapped open sharply higher Tuesday, but moved in a narrow range for the majority of the day. The stock closed up by 2.19 at $19.34, with volume at a 7-month high. Nutrisystem jumped to a 2-month high and re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
