Macy’s celebrated a record-setting anniversary of 125 years in continuous food service, the longest operation in all of retail. It all began with a single recipe at the Macy’s on State Street location which has now inspired an entire food culture in Macy’s across the country with 130 stores offering fresh food venues and 400 gourmet shops. The celebration kicked off May 16th at Macy’s on State Street and will be celebrated nationwide through December 2015.
