Notwithstanding strong global cues, soya oil traded low in Indore mandis with soya refined declining to ₹605-08, while soya solvent ruled steady at ₹585-90. Given increased arrival of groundnut and mustard seeds in mandis, sluggish trend in soya oil will likely to continue in the coming days. Soya seeds traded higher amid weak arrival and strong global cues with soyabean prices in local mandis rising to ₹3,240-50 a quintal (₹3,100 last week). Slack arrival of soyabean perked up its plant deliveries to ₹3,400 (₹3,300-20 last week). Soyameal ruled stable with its prices on the spot today being quoted at ₹28,500 a quintal, while it was ₹29,200-300 on the port.
