InterCore swaps CEOs with subsidiary

According to the announcement, James F. Groelinger, InterCore’s president and chief executive officer prior to the acquisition of SRG Inc. in January 2013, has been reappointed to those positions effective Wednesday. Simultaneously, Claude Brun has resigned those positions to become president and chief executive officer of SRG Inc., InterCore’s wholly-owned subsidiary advancing the commercialization of the companies’ Alertness Detection Software monitoring system.
ADS, designed around proprietary alertness detection technologies, alerts operators to their work activity capability based on real time monitoring of their state of alertness, InterCore said in a statement.
