An armed man who sparked a massive search in Albuquerque is no longer facing charges.Andrew Godsey was arrested in December. Police said he was carrying an air rifle near Manzano Mesa Elementary and Emcore.At the time, 911 callers thought Godsey had a real gun, forcing the school to go into lockdown.The charges were dropped Tuesday because the officer didn’t go to court and neither did any witnesses. The charges can be refiled, and Godsey is still faces charges for pointing a gun at a man a few weeks earlier.
