Former BP CFO Grote Follows Dave Lewis From Unilever to Tesco

Byron Grote is following the Dave Lewis route and swapping Unilever for Tesco Plc.
Grote, the former chief financial officer of BP Plc, will join the board of Tesco as a non-executive director on May 1, the Cheshunt, England-based grocer said Wednesday. He was one of four non-executive directors that Unilever said Tuesday won’t run for re-election at its next annual general meeting.
