The UPMC Center for Sports Medicine held the first of multiple planned Dick's Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon seminars.Saturday morning, runners participated in the Steel City Road Runner Club training run that ended at the UPMC Montefiore in Oakland.Following the run, they received several free information sessions with medical, nutritional, training and equipment experts.The seminars are to help prepare runners for the May 3 marathon.
