Doral Financial Corp. (DRL) Is Up Sharply After Court Ruling

Puerto Rico Superior Court Judge Laureana Perez ruled in favor of Doral Financial Corp. (DRL) late Friday in the company's $229 million tax dispute with the Puerto Rico Treasury Department.

Doral Financial gapped open sharply higher Monday morning and is now up 1.80 at $7.09 on above average volume. The stock has jumped to a 2-week high and has re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
