Throughout the country countless young men and women are preparing to receive their college diploma many of them within the next month and a half. As they do so their focus inevitably shifts from the academic to the professional; pending graduates are sending out resumes and seeking to line up work for their immediate post-college years and as they do so they must be wary of common job search potholes. Still another job search mistake that recent graduates sometimes make is failing to properly polish their resume and cover letter. “Even if you don’t have a great deal of professional work experience just yet you can still formulate a resume that speaks to your desirability as a job candidate” Clark states.
