Why Kris Jenner is well worth the $100 million payday

You can hate the Kardashians all you want, but you can’t deny the empire that matriarch Kris Jenner has built.

Kris, 59, is the ultimate momager. She knows how to sell what she’s got, and E! knows they can’t afford to lose her.

As Page Six exclusively reports today, the network is paying $100 million to keep Kris and her klan onboard for another four years.

Smart money says she’ll be worth every penny.

Since Kim’s sex tape leaked in February 2007, Kris has been spinning her family’s headlines into cold, hard cash.

Kris seized the moment, and her family’s E! reality show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” premiered in October of that same year.

Nine seasons, four spinoffs and two televised weddings later, can you blame E! for holding on to Kris & Ko. with everything they’ve got?

Let’s start with Kim. Just when it seems people are sick of her, she turns a corner and lands a Vogue cover, and Kim fever starts anew.

Her personal Instagram account is practically a newswire — with everyone from TMZ to CNN reporting on her every move.

Now that the queen of being-famous-for-being-famous (who earned $28 million last year, according to Forbes) has married Yeezus (who earned $30 million last year, according to Forbes), the possibilities are endless.

E! knows the Kardashian-Wests would be scooped up by another network faster than you can say “North West.”

But Kim isn’t the family’s only kash kow.

Kendall, 19, is one of the most sought-after models of the moment. The lissome sister dominated New York Fashion Week this month, walking for Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta and Diane von Furstenberg, to name a few. Plus, she’s landed big-ticket ad campaigns with Estée Lauder and Karl Lagerfeld.

Meanwhile, the littlest Jenner, Kylie, 17, is quickly becoming the latest tabloid fixation thanks to her relationship with 25-year-old rapper Tyga.

You can just imagine Kris sending Amber Rose — Kanye’s ex, who’s been starting Twitter wars with anyone who will play along — a thank-you note for stirring up publicity about Kylie’s relationship. (Tyga has a kid with Rose’s pal Blac Chyna.)

And it doesn’t hurt that the teen has inherited Kim’s penchant for sheer outfits and sexy selfies.

While Kim and the Jenner sisters have been soaking up most of the spotlight of late, Khloé and Kourtney have continued to earn their keep.

Khloé has proven to be a good investment for E!, covering red carpet events for “Fashion Police.”

And the sisters’ store Dash, originally Kourtney’s project, continues to chug along and serve as an excuse for various combinations of sisters to “Take the Hamptons” and “Take Miami.”

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and the spinoffs are synonymous with E! — quick, name another E! series!

So, while Kris’ personal projects, including her Fox talk show, “Kris,” bombed, there’s no risk of the public’s fascination with her spawn waning anytime soon.

She may not be mother of the year, but Kris is the ultimate moneymaking machine.

Think Kim is all butt and no brains? Think again.

According to Forbes, the 34-year-old earned $28 million. And she’s got a whole lot more coming her way: Mrs. West’s iPhone game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood — which launched last June — is slated to make $200 million in its first year.

KiKi’s cut of the profits? A tidy $85 million, according to cnn.com. That’s three times more than what she earned in 2013 alone, says Forbes.

Kanye who?

Kourtney Kardashian ($20 million)

The mother of three (or four if you include baby-daddy Scott Disick, above) is worth a reported $20 million. The 35-year-old’s roster of E! shows includes “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and spinoffs like “Kourtney & Kim Take Miami,” and there’s also her clothing boutique, Dash, with three locations, in Los Angeles, NYC and Miami, as well as a pop-up Southampton shop.

Mother daughter duties

She may have seemed like the B-list daughter for a bit, but Kylie’s fame — and cash flow — is on the rise. Estimated to have a net worth of $2 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, the 17-year-old is now buying a $2.7 million, five-bedroom Calabasas mansion with money from Kylie Hair Kouture, a Topshop line, and collabs with PacSun, OPI nail polish and Steve Madden.

Oh, and she and Kendall are YA authors.

Khloé Kardashian ($20 million)

Khloé, 30, is worth $20 million, according to OK! Magazine, thanks to gigs like her $1 million “X-Factor” co-host role in 2012 and “Fashion Police” duties.

It is reported Khloé made $5 million in 2013 from endorsements for K-Dash on QVC and her Kardashian Kollection for Sears, among other products.

Khloé can earn up to $75,000 for an appearance. Even her tweets make money (supposedly $8,000 per tweet).

Kendall Jenner ($3 million)

The It model of the moment is worth an estimated $3 million.

In November, Kendall was tapped to be the new face of Estée Lauder (the contract is suspected to be close to $1 million a year). And her and her sister’s shoe line, Kendall and Kylie for Madden Girl, along with their PacSun collections, have raked in enough dough for Kendall to purchase her own two-bedroom West Hollywood condo for the hefty price tag of $1.39 million.

Kendall, 19, makes an estimated $5,000 per tweet, and her new columnist gig for the Wall Street Journal is rumored to earn her five figures annually.
