Excelyte® announced as official corporate sponsor of UT Athletics

Aug. 3, 2010

AUSTIN, Texas -- Excelyte Corporation, a subsidiary of Benchmark Performance Group, Inc., and a licensed partner of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OCT:BB "IEVM"), will become an official corporate sponsor of Texas Athletics, the Longhorn Sports Network, the multimedia rights property for The University of Texas Men's and Women's Athletics program and an IMG College property, announced today.

Under the terms of the agreement, Excelyte®, the primary product of Excelyte Corporation and a powerful "green" biocide made from natural elements, will serve as the exclusive sponsor in a new category of health-related and bacteria preventive products that includes disinfectants and hand sanitizers.

Excelyte, an EPA approved "green" alternative to traditional disinfectants, is highly effective against bacteria, viruses, mold, germs, and other pathogens. The product is safe for humans, animals, and the environment, making it the ideal "green" cleaning solution for Texas Athletics. Excelyte also safely kills the MRSA virus (staph infection), which can be a huge problem in athletics facilities such as training rooms, showers, and locker rooms.

"We are proud to welcome Excelyte as an official corporate sponsor of UT Athletics," said Chris Plonsky, UT women's athletics director and external services director. "The use of these products represents another important step in our mission to reduce our carbon footprint while simultaneously creating a healthy environment for our students, employees, alumni, and fans."

Not only will Excelyte be used to improve the health and safety of Texas' student-athletes and employees, fans also will enjoy the benefits of this new product. Texas fans will utilize Excelyte hand wipes at events conducted in the largest public access athletics venues in football, basketball, volleyball, softball, and baseball.

"Partnering with the Texas Longhorns reaches a tremendous fan base in one of the largest states in the country," said Wayne Kinsey, president and CEO, Benchmark. "We look forward to working with The University of Texas to leverage the college market, as well as introducing this revolutionary product for use in high schools and junior highs, while we endeavor to reach our target consumers."

With a total fan base of more than 172 million fans, 77 million of which are female fans who influence buying decisions, the college sports market is a an ideal partnership for companies like Excelyte Corporation. The college market's affluent fan base, with more than 29 million college fans earning more than $100,000, and 17 million fans between the ages of 18-24, provides a key consumer audience.

Excelyte will be able to tap into the share of the college market through this new partnership with UT Athletics.

The new agreement will run through 2012.
