Arizona Sunshine uses the SteamVR-powered HTC Vive, making use of its motion controllers to enhance the realism of fighting the zombie horde. You'll have to manage weapons and consumables while fighting zombies that feel "close enough to touch."It's built in bite-sized chunks, so you can stay in the zombie-smashing ride from start to finish or jump in for just a few minutes (a good option if VR makes you dizzy easily).
Arizona Sunshine is on Steam, where its release date has been given only as sometime this year.
This is Vertigo Games second HTC Vive project; their first, Skyworld, was unveiled at GDC this year. Vertigo has also previously developed World of Diving for the Oculus Rift; check out IGN's preview. Katie Williams is a freelance writer and journalist.
