Marin sheriff’s officials say they’ve arrested a man suspected of this week’s robbery at a Mill Valley Wells Fargo bank.

Sheriff’s Lt. Jamie Scardina says 55-year-old Michael McCausland was arrested Thursday, after detectives spotted the white Ford Ranger truck used in the crime in Sausalito.

Sheriff’s officials linked the truck to McCausland and went to search the houseboat he’s living on.

“Located at McCausland’s houseboat was attire he was suspected of wearing during the Wells Fargo robbery and recovered cash from the bank robbery,” Scardina said in a news release.
