On July 31, 2014, Discovery Communications, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery Communications, Inc., entered into the First Amendment to Employment Agreement with Bruce Campbell, its Chief Development Officer and General Counsel (the "First Amendment"). Under the terms of the First Amendment, Mr. Campbell's term of employment will be extended through September 30, 2014. The First Amendment does not otherwise amend, supplement, modify or terminate Mr. Campbell's employment agreement. |
