TOKYO -- Three major Japanese engineering companies are projecting earnings turnarounds in the current fiscal year ending March 2016.
JGC said Thursday that consolidated net profit will rise 94% to 40 billion yen ($332 million) for fiscal 2015, a sharp improvement from the 56% plunge it logged last fiscal year. It expects sales to grow 13% to a record 900 billion yen.
